By placing an order on www.gatmystoreloka.com (the "Store"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Orders and Pricing All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud; in that case you will receive a full refund. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

 

2. Shipping Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers and fulfillment partners. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Items from one order may arrive in separate packages. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

 

3. Returns and Refunds You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first at info@gatmystoreloka.com to receive return instructions; returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped.

 

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Products are provided "as is," and any warranty is provided by the manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

5. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted when you place your order applies.
